HIGH ENERGY IGNITION SYSTEMS

HIGH ENERGY POWER UNIT – SOLID STATE

The solid state chip gas circuit is the most powerful ignition device available on the market, 100% electronic and with innovative technology:

Extreme Power: from 144 watts (joules per second) to 250 watts of delivered power.
Maximized operational life: Sparks persist in the tip 20 times longer (>600 μs), with heavy-duty tips tested for an average life of 1.5 million sparks. With improved durability since there is no wear.

HIGH ENERGY POWER UNIT – STANDARD

They are suitable for igniting all gases and light oil in boilers, furnaces or gas turbines.

Output energy of up to 18 joules provides powerful sparks, ensuring ignition in any condition and environment, without risk of failure due to contaminants or moisture.

The latest innovation in Tesi’s range of standard power units is the development of a main board equipped with a FEEDBACK SYSTEM to detect the current ignition process.

HIGH ENERGY POWER UNIT – HEAVY DUTY

Heavy Duty High Energy Power Units feature significantly higher horsepower compared to standard power units, and are capable of igniting heavy oil and diesel directly. They come in different configurations depending on whether more power or spark frequency is required.

HIGH ENERGY IGNITION MODULES – TEAS

Tesi ignition modules are mainly intended for installation in electrical panels to ignite high and ground beams. They are specifically designed to provide a good spark over very long distances, with a power cable up to 500m in length, as the ignition units power supply is typically required to be installed away from the ignition rod, thus which often makes it difficult to generate a powerful spark.

The new casing is filled with resin to ensure waterproof performance in all conditions, which is particularly important in outdoor applications.

Since flare systems are responsible for the removal of process gas in refineries and petrochemical plants, they must be equipped with an extremely reliable ignition system that ensures instant flare ignition on demand.
