OXITEC® 5000 O2 O2 analyzer with a Zirconium Oxide cell, guarantees a robust and reliable analysis of oxygen with fast and precise measurements in all combustion processes with temperatures up to 1400ºC. It has proven to be the reference InSitu Analyzer, certified for QAL1, MCERTS, SIL2 and ATEX applications. COMTEC® 6000 Ideal analyzer for combustion optimization with the InSitu analysis of O2/COe (unburned molecules) allows the operator to adjust his combustion process. COe represents the sum of unburned molecules: carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (CxHy) and hydrogen (H2). Unburned molecules and oxygen molecules must be measured to analyze combustion quality.
High COe values are an indicator of inefficient process control, harmful to the environment, and aggressive to the process equipment. From a safety point of view, monitoring COe values can also be used for the recognition of smoldering fires.
The CEMTEC® gas sampling system allows continuous and reliable measurements of flue gases at the inlets of rotary kilns in cement plants (smoke chamber) and other extremely dusty and high-temperature processes such as lime plants.
