Sample gas cooler (compressor) JCS-100 / JCT-1 & JCT-2 / JCT-3 / JCT-5 Ex / JCT-2 Ex for continuous drying of sample gas to a constant outlet dew point and Accurate, that minimizes cross-sensitivities to water vapor and volumetric errors in extractive gas analysis and/or in emissions and process monitoring. It uses proven and reliable technology, with various heat exchanger materials, in one or two independent gas paths. Handles high flow rates and steam dew points, making continuous removal of condensate in a low maintenance operation.
Sample Gas Cooler (Peltier) JCM-320 / JCM-300 / JCM-310 /JCMF-310 for continuous drying of sample gas to a constant and accurate outlet dew point, minimizing cross sensitivities to steam water and volumetric errors in the analysis of extractive gases and/or in the monitoring of emissions and processes. Its most notable advantages:
Condensate treatment that includes accessories and components such as KW-2 condensate detector, JCM-3PC pre-cooler unit, JSR-25 condensate dosing pump, 11-LD automatic liquid drainer, JPCS condensate pre-separator, container for JKS-10 condensate.
JF-1 sample gas filters reliably and continuously remove dust and contamination from the sample for analyzer protection, without disturbing the gas sample. They are easy to assemble and integrate into gas analysis systems, with long-life filtration elements, resistant to corrosion and gas-tight, with low and easy maintenance effort.
JSF-1 / JSF-2 acid filters, remove aerosols (liquid particles) from the gas sample even at high pressures, to protect analyzers, reliably and continuously, without altering the gas sample. They are easy to assemble and integrate into gas analysis systems, with long-life filter elements with upstream dust filtration, and are corrosion-resistant and gas-tight, with low and easy maintenance effort.
Liquid Stop JAF-1 to reliably prevent the penetration of liquids into the analyzer, made of semi-permeable membrane with fluorine polymer coating, with a fine filter of 0.1 µm. Gas flow is stopped with a completely wet membrane.
JBF-301L Heated Sample Gas Filter for hot dust filtration of gas sample without disturbing the sample or requiring a temperature controller. Use ceramic filter elements, 2 µm porosity or 0.2 µm with pyrex wool.
Gas sample pumps JSP-86 / JSP-86 KTE / JSP-89 compact and/or Explosion Proof type (for installation in ex-Zone 1 or 2), with high suction power, low noise and vibration operation. Corrosion resistant construction (EPDM, Ryton®, Viton®, PTFE coated), maintenance free, gas tight and long life. Capacities of 3, 5.5 and 9.5 Nl/min. Suitable fittings, mounting clamp and vibration absorbers are supplied as accessories.
NO2 to NO converter for NOx measurement JNOX to enable use of infrared analyzers. High conversion rate with long cartridge life of approx. 10^6 ppmh and efficiencies >96%; heated bypass option for additional measurements or faster response times.
Gas conditioning systems JCL-301, JCL304 / JCL-319, JCC-R / JCC-Q / JCC-P / JCC-L for stationary or mobile extractive analysis in emission or process monitoring, of wet process gases. Continuous drying of sample gas to a constant and accurate outlet dewpoint (even at variable loads) minimizing water vapor cross-sensitivities and volumetric errors, with continuous condensate removal and fast response time due to low volume dead.
It is a complete solution for a large number of applications, with sustainable reproducible measurement results that offers optimal operational safety thanks to self-monitoring while being low-maintenance with a service-friendly design.
It offers 4 enclosure versions: 19” rack mount, rear panel mount, side panel mount, and portable version. Version for independent sample gas paths 1 to 4 with speed-controlled fan and status LEDs with event memory. Additional Acid Dosing Pump and RS 485 Interface options.

JFID-ES Portable NMHC Analyzer for non-methane hydrocarbons with dual detector for continuous real-time measurement of NMHC, THC or Methane CH4, fast response time, low maintenance, independent of pressure fluctuations, accurate and reliable, with adjustable ranges , relays for alarms, events and diagnostics.
It uses the proven Flame Ionization technology and simultaneously monitors NMHC and CH4, indicating the values of these two concentrations in ppm or mg/m3 on the display.
