GAS TURBINES AND COMPRESSION STATIONS – Sophisticated solutions

The broadband flame scanner is equipped with a two-color sensor and allows separate adjustment of UV and IR sensitivity. The automatic control is specially adapted to gas turbines and works reliably in all load ranges. These technologies have been developed in close collaboration with gas turbine manufacturers and operators and have been proven to keep their promise.
Fiber optic technology ensures that maintenance-free flame monitoring systems work even with the strongest vibrations and highest ambient temperatures up to 400ºC / ~750ºF, offering fiber optic lances, UV and IR cables and scanner heads to integrate the specific solution:
The new extended CFCx1000 series for fiber optics, in wide OE enclosure, provides flame sensor functions with integrated amplifier, flame relay and several options, including RS485 bus connection for read/write access from the control room.

The latest generation of CFC4000 flame monitors provides operating personnel with a complete overview of all firing equipment thanks to sensor networking and graphical display of raw flame signals.
